Q: Do you post overseas?
A: Yes, we do! However, due to insurance restrictions, we’re unable to ship dog treats or biscuits internationally.
Our website will block checkout if your cart contains these items with an international shipping address.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to assist.


Q: Can I have my purchase sent to a PO Box?
A:

  • Within Australia: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes—please select Australia Post at checkout.

  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes outside Australia. Please contact us to discuss alternative options.


Q: Where can I find you in person?
A: Tinka & Co is an online store, but we love meeting our customers at markets!
We attend The Rocks Markets in Sydney on a fortnightly basis, and our items are also stocked at:
