Q: Do you post overseas?
A: Yes, we do! However, due to insurance restrictions, we’re unable to ship dog treats or biscuits internationally.
Our website will block checkout if your cart contains these items with an international shipping address.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to assist.


Q: Can I have my purchase sent to a PO Box?
A: Within Australia: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes—please select Australia Post at checkout.

International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes outside Australia. Please contact us to discuss alternative options.


Q: Where can I find you in person?
A: While Tinka & Co is primarily an online store, we love meeting our customers face-to-face!
You’ll find us most weekends at The Rocks Markets in Sydney on Saturdays and Sundays.
For the latest event updates (including weather changes), be sure to follow us on Instagram or Facebook. We share all the details the week before.


Q: I’m not sure what size to order—can you help?

A: Absolutely! We’re currently updating our sizing charts to make things even easier for you. In the meantime, feel free to reach out—we’re more than happy to help you find the perfect fit for your pup.
