Q. Do you post Overseas?
A. Yes, We can, however we cannot post Dog Treats or Biscuits overseas due to insurance purposes. Our website will not allow you to check out if you have any Dog Treats/Biscuits on your shopping cart. If your Country is not available please reach out directly to complete your purchase.  

Q. Can I get my purchase sent to a PO Box?
A. Yes, please select Australia Post at Checkout for Australia. Overseas purchases cannot be sent to a PO Box. Please contact us directly if this is your preferred delivery location. 

Q. Can I pick up my order in person?
A. Yes. We do offer free local delivery within 20km from Niagara Park for orders over $50. We like to deliver on Saturdays and will leave the item at the front of your house/unit if your not home. Make sure you leave a comment if you wish to make alternate arrangements. 

Q. Can I pre-purchase and pick up my items in person at a Market?
A. Yes: However markets can be subject to weather.
