Processing Times
- All orders are subject to a processing period before shipping.

Handmade items:
- If in stock, orders are shipped the next business day.
- If not pre-made, please allow 2–3 business days for us to hand-make your order before shipping.

Treats:
- Orders are baked or dehydrated fresh and typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- To ensure freshness, we bake once per week, usually on Friday evenings.
- During peak periods (holidays, launches, or market season), processing times may be longer. Updates will be shared via our website, announcement bar, or social media channels.
Shipping Options & Fees (Australia)
Tracking available when an email is supplied.

Post – $9.95 flat fee
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days within the same state, 3–6 business days interstate. -
Express Post – $15.00 flat fee
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days within the same state, 1–3 business days interstate. Express Post is recommended if you live in a regional area or need your order faster.
Market Pickup (By Arrangement)
- Customers may request pickup at one of our scheduled market stalls.
- Pickup must be pre-arranged and agreed upon prior to the market date to ensure your order is ready.
- Once confirmed, we will provide details of the market location and collection time, along with a unique code to use at checkout so you are not charged for delivery.
- Market pickup is free of charge.
International Shipping
- Flat fee: $20.00
- We currently ship accessories only overseas. Dog treats cannot be shipped internationally or to PO Boxes.
- Processing time: 2–4 business days.
- Estimated delivery:
- New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- USA, Europe & UK: 10–28 business days
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs or postal delays in your country.
Delivery & Liability
- Once your order has been shipped, Tinka & Co has no control over postal delivery times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, customs, or other third parties, or for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once in the care of the delivery provider.
- Tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your order.
