Packaging
Every order is packed in a compostable bag — because we care about what goes into your dog and what goes into the environment. Once your treats are finished, the bag can go straight into your home compost.
Shipping & Returns
International
We ship to the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii), UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you. For USA and UK orders, everything is settled at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. Sorry, we can't ship to US territories.

Our treats ship within Australia only, due to international import rules on pet food.

Most pieces are made in our Central Coast studio. Please allow 1–4 business days before your order ships, or sooner if it's ready to go.
Collect at The Rocks
Message us before ordering. If we can have it ready in time, we'll send you a collection code for our market stall.
