Collar Size Guide

1. Measure around the widest part of your dog's neck where the collar will sit.
2. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck — this is your safety and comfort check.

The most important thing is your dog's actual neck measurement — breed examples are a general guide only.

If your dog is between sizes, size up for comfort. A collar that's too tight is a safety risk — always check the two-finger rule after fitting.

Each collar is handmade, so slight variations in size may occur. If you're unsure, send us your dog's neck measurement before ordering — we're always happy to help.

• Express Post: $15.00
• International (USA): $20.00 — duties and taxes are calculated and shown upfront at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Please note: International orders, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Handmade Items

Most of our pieces are lovingly handmade to order — please allow 1–4 business days before your order ships. If yours happens to already be made and ready, we'll get it out even sooner.

Returns

As each piece is handmade to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind — so we always recommend checking our size guide before ordering, or reaching out first if you're unsure. Of course, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, we'll always make it right.
