Processing: 

We like to bake and dehydrate these treats on weekends as they take a little longer to make and have a shorter shelf life.

Please allow up to 5 working days to process your order. 

Storage:

We recommend that you keep your treats sealed in original packaging or transfer them to an airtight container in DRY, COOL environments for up to 2 months from the date of purchase.

Please note these are treats and not meant to replace a full, balanced meal.

  • Express Post: $15.00
  • Overseas Shipping: $20
    (Please note: Dog treats cannot be shipped overseas, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.)

Local Pick-Up:

We offer a local pick-up option for your convenience. Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to arrange pick-up details.

Handmade Items:

  • Ready Made: If the handmade item is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day.
  • Made to Order: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to hand make and process your order before shipping.

Treats:

We strive to bake or dehydrate your order and dispatch it within 2-4 business days. If possible, we’ll try to fulfill your order sooner.

Freshness First: To ensure the freshest treats, we bake once per week, typically on Friday nights.
